  1. Restructuring of squares, streets and traditional buildings in the centre of Mesa Geitonia. Participation praise. Budget of the project: C£ 600.000, August 2001 (in collaboration with Andreas Vardas).

  2. Architectural competition for the design of Yeroskipou Central Square. First prize. Budget of the project C£ 800.000, November 2001. Final cost € 3.000.000, 2010.

  3. Architectural competition for the Social Activities Building in the campus of the University of Cyprus. Praise (third best participation). Budget of the project C£ 5.500.000, January 2002 (in collaboration with Alexandros Tripodakis and Irine Frezadou-Tripodaki).

  4. Architectural competition for the renovation, restoration and extension of existing buildings of old school in Pegeia, in order that these correspond in the needs of Municipal Library and Multi-purpose Hall. First prize. Budget of the project € 1.100.000, 2009 (in collaboration with George Tsironis). Final cost € 1.200.000, 2017.

  5. Architectural competition for the reconstruction and restoration of Ibrahim's Khan in Paphos. First prize. Budget of the project € 2.500.000, September 2014 (in collaboration with N. Theodoulou, C. Theodoulou, S Bagiartaki, M. Procopiou). Final cost € 2.800.000, 2017.
